Unopened Test Strips: Store in cool and dry places Keep unopened HAINICE test strips in an environment with temperature ranging from 2℃ to 30℃ and humidity no higher than 60%. Keep them away from direct sunlight, high-heat areas such as car interiors and heating devices, as well as humid places like bathrooms and kitchens. Do not refrigerate test strips. Low temperature will damage the enzyme activity inside strips, and temperature difference will cause condensation after taking them out, which interferes with blood glucose tests.

 

Opened Test Strips: Use up within 3 months and keep tightly sealed Seal the test strip bottle tightly right after every use to prevent moisture damage and oxidation. Mark the opening date on the bottle clearly. All opened strips must be discarded within 3 months even if unused, to avoid measurement errors caused by declined enzyme activity.

 

Strip Taking: Quick access & quick sealing, no touch on reaction zone Never touch the blood sampling area and reaction zone of test strips. Sweat and grease on hands will contaminate strips and affect test accuracy. Insert the strip into the glucometer immediately after taking it out, and seal the bottle at once to minimize air exposure time.

 

No mixed use & no expired strips: Use only original matched strips HAINICE blood glucose meters are exclusively compatible with original official test strips. Test strips of different brands adopt different enzyme systems and cannot be used interchangeably. Always check the expiry date before use and throw away expired strips directly.

 

Transport & Carrying: Avoid extrusion, drops and extreme environments Put test strips into the original box or protective bag when going out to prevent squeezing and falling damage. Do not leave strips inside high-temperature cars for long, as direct sunlight will rapidly deactivate internal enzymes.
